  सरल आवर्त गति ( Simple Harmonic Motion)-  जब कोई पिण्ड इस प्रकार गीत कर है।  कि वह पथ को बार बार दोहराए,पिण्ड का त्वरण  का विस्थापन के समानुपाती हो त्वरण की दिशा सदैव माध्य स्थिति की ओर हो तो इस गति को सरल आवते गति कहते हैं। सरल आवर्त गति की विशेषताएँ-  सरल आवर्त गति की तीन विशेष इन गति मे पिण्ड अपने पथ को बार - २ दोहरता है। पिण्ड का त्वरण विस्थापन के समानुपाती होता है ( f समानुपाती Y) त्वरण की दिशो सदैव माध्य स्थिती की और होती है  सरल जावर्त गति का विस्थापन समीकरण- माना एक पिण्ड P,a त्रिज्या के वृत्त की परिधि से पर कोणीय वेग  omega से गति कर रहा है! T समय बाद वह A से B तक पहुंच जाता है। तब उसका लम्वपाद 0,  N पर पहुंच जाता है। यही सरल आवर्त गति का विस्थापन समीकरण कहलाता है, तो किसकी सहायता से किसी भी क्षण tपर सरल आवर्त गति करते वास्तविक कारण के इसकी साम्य स्थिति से विस्थापन Y के मान की गणना की जा सकती है,

  मनोविज्ञान का संप्रदाय यहां पर मनोविज्ञान के संप्रदाय से हमारा अर्थ उन तमाम विचारधारा से है,जो समस्या का मनोविज्ञान को प्रभावित करती है। 1 .   संरचनावाद- यह मनोविज्ञान का सबसे पुराना संप्रदाय है,इसकी नीव जर्मनी के विल्हेम वुण्ट ने रखी,वुण्ट मानते थे कि हमारे हर अनुभव का आधार चेतना है,चेतना एक संरचना है इसलिए इसे संरचनावाद का सिद्धांत करते हैं। चेतना के तीन अंग है । संवेदना भाव प्रतिमा 1879 में वुण्ट ने मनोविज्ञान की पहली प्रयोगशाला जर्मनी के लिपजिग शहर मे स्थापित की,क्योंकि पहली प्रयोगशाला वुण्ट स्थापित की इसलिए प्रयोगात्मक मनोविज्ञान तथा प्रयोगात्मक विधि का जनक भी वुण्ट को ही माना जाता है। क्योंकि चेतना अमूर्त है,और दिखाई नहीं देती इसलिए वुण्ट की अध्ययन विधि को अंतर दर्शन विधि का नाम दिया गया। 2. प्रकार्यवाद- प्रकार्यवाद का जन्म संरचनावाद के बाद हुआ। इसके जनक प्रसिद्ध अमेरिकी मनोवैज्ञानिक विलियम जेम्स है। विलियम जेम्स  ने संरचनावाद का विरोध किया और कहा कि जब चेतना दिखाई नहीं पड़ती है तो चेतना के अंग बताने का कोई मतलब ही नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि चेतना की अंग बताने की कोई जरूरत नहीं ह

 सरकार सभी को शिक्षा का समान अवसर क्यों देना चाहती है? भारत एक लोकतांत्रिक देश है,लोकतंत्र की सफलता उसके नागरिकों की शिक्षा पर निर्भर करती है, शिक्षा को व्यक्ति के व्यक्तित्व के विकास का लक्ष्य बनाना चाहिए । शिक्षा वास्तविक जीवन से सीखने एवम सिखाने वाली  गतिशील  समाज  से   सीखने-सिखाने वाली होनी चाहिए । यह केवल इस तरह से है, कि शिक्षा जीवन के लिए प्रासंगिक हो जाती है,इसलिए व्यक्तियों को उसके व्यक्तित्व का पूर्ण सीमा तक विकसित करने के लिए शैक्षिक अवसर प्रदान किए जाते हैं                                  भारत का संविधान देश के सभी लोगों के लिए शैक्षिक अवसरों के प्रावधान के लिए सिखाता है,क्योंकि शिक्षा विकास के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण साधनों में से एक है,यह शिक्षा के माध्यम से है कि व्यक्ति उच्च स्थिति,स्थिति परित्याग को प्राप्त करने की आकांक्षा कर सकता है, अतः प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का समान अवसर होना चाहिए, साधारणतया,अवसर को असमानता का अर्थ है, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को उसकी क्षमता के विकास के लिए समान अवसर देना,अवसर की समानता की अवधारणा की व्याख्या दो प्रकार से की जा सकती है,जैसे

 एक सफल अध्यापक के गुणों का वर्णन कीजिए ? यह सफल शिक्षक के प्रमुख गुण निम्नलिखित है।  अध्यापक का समय के प्रति स्वस्थ दृष्टिकोण होना चाहिए,समाज के कार्यक्रम में अध्यापक को समुचित सहयोग प्रदान करना चाहिए। एक सफल अध्यापक छात्र प्रेमी  होता है,तथा विद्यार्थी के विकास में रुचि से लेकर कठिनाइयों को हल करने में तत्पर रहता है,छात्रों के हित चिंतन अध्यापक लोकप्रिय होता है। अध्यापक शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ तथा चरित्रवान होना चाहिए। एक अध्यापक को नेतृत्व प्रदान करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए। अध्यापक का समाज के प्रति  अच्छा दृष्टिकोण होना चाहिए,समाज के कार्यक्रमों मैं अध्यापक को समुचित प्रयोग प्रदान करना चाहिए। अध्यापक अध्ययन शील होना चाहिए। शिक्षक की कथनी एवं करनी में अंतर नहीं होना चाहिए। अध्यापक सत्यवादी, सहिष्णु तथा ईमानदार होना चाहिए। अध्यापक को बदलते हुए परिवेश के साथ समायोजन की क्षमता से युक्त होना चाहिए शिक्षक को नई पीढ़ी का समायोजन करना चाहिए अध्यापक में कल्पना शक्ति एवं सृजनात्मकता होनी चाहिए, यह उसके क्रियाकलापों से स्पष्ट दिखाई देनी चाहिए। अध्यापकों का दृष्टिकोण प्रयोगात्मक होना चा

A stage was erected where a table and some chairs were placed for the chief guest, our principal and other honourable guests.
